At Kiddzy, we want every customer to have a stress-free shopping experience. That’s why we have created a simple and customer-friendly policy. Please read the terms & conditions carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy 

 

  1. No Returns – We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video – A clear video while opening the package is compulsory for any exchange request.

  3. Exchange Eligibility – Exchange is available only for defective products, damaged pieces, or size issues.

  4. Customer Responsibility – Customers must personally courier the product back to us for exchange.

  5. Courier Charges – All courier/shipping charges for exchange (both ways) must be borne by the customer.

  6. Non-Exchangeable Cases – Products without an unboxing video, or due to reasons like color variation, change of mind, or personal preference will not be eligible for exchange.
